Refunds  & Returns

At Hayat Health Pharmacy, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Returns & Refunds Policy below.

Returns Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order, provided that:

• The product is unused and unopened.

• The product remains in its original packaging.

• Any safety seals remain intact.

• The product is in a resalable condition.

• Proof of purchase is provided.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.

Products Not Eligible for Return

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, partially consumed, tampered with, or are not in their original condition.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Supplements and vitamins

• Herbal and wellness products

• Protein powders and nutritional products

• Collagen products

• Baby care products

• Personal care products

• Consumable health products

• Products with broken safety seals

Damaged, Defective, Expired, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To assist with your claim, we may request:

• Your order number

• Proof of purchase

• Photographs of the product and packaging

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Shipping or delivery fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Return Shipping Costs

Where a return is due to a customer change of mind, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Where a return is due to an incorrect, defective, damaged, or expired product supplied by Hayat Health Pharmacy, we will arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

If an order has already been dispatched, the return process outlined in this policy will apply.

Refunds for cancelled orders may be subject to payment processing fees where applicable.

Processing Returns

All return requests must be submitted to Hayat Health Pharmacy before products are returned.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

One small recommendation: consider making the return window 14 days instead of 7 days. It feels more generous to customers while still protecting you because the products must remain unopened and sealed. Many online shoppers expect at least 14 days.
